At Iron & Oak, customer satisfaction is at the core of our values. Every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, in the rare event that your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a simple replacement policy.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product is expired upon delivery

Note: We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.


 

2. Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging and invoice

  • Clear photos or a video of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared for verification


 

3. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Photographic evidence (mandatory)

Once your claim is verified, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost. In case the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product or store credit at our discretion.


 

4. Important Notes

  • Replacement is not applicable for reasons such as change of mind or personal preferences

  • Any request raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible

  • The final decision on replacements rests solely with Iron & Oak
